    We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the following terms
    regarding shipping, cancellations, and returns.

    Order Cancellation
    Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

    Order Modifications
    Confirmed orders cannot be modified or changed, including product type,
    quantity, or shipping details.

    Returns & Exchanges
    We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
    Please contact us at stuffed.animals.media@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery if you are in the US, 14 days for other countries. 
    Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery (if you are in the US, 14 days for other countries).

    Condition of Returned Items
    Returned products must be in original, unused condition and in their original
    packaging.
    If returned items are damaged or not in their original condition, the buyer may
    be responsible for any loss in value.


    Return Shipping Costs
    • If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival: We will cover
    return shipping costs.
    • If you received the wrong item: We will cover return shipping costs.
    • For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind): The buyer is
    responsible for the return shipping fees.
    Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
    In the case of an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the
    new item.

    Unclaimed Packages
    If your package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will reach
    out to determine whether you’d like the order to be reshipped (at your expense)
    or refunded.
    If we do not receive a response within 31 calendar days (if you are in the US, 15 days for other countries) the order will be
    considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

    Refund Processing Time
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
    On average in the United States, refunds are completed within 5 to 10 business days after approval, although some payment providers or banks may take longer to reflect the amount in your account.
